I haven't been collecting the rail and trackside kits that long, but so far I haven't seen some of the locos in Type 4 boxes. Type 3 and 5 yes, but not 4. Were they done? The ones are:

Prairie Tank loco
City of Truro
Evening Star

Help appreciated

The Prairie Tank Loco and City of Truro were available in Type 6 boxes.

The Prairie Tank Loco was reissued from 1972 to 1977. City of Truro was reissued from 1972 to 1978. The Evening Star was issued from 1964 to 1980. Thus, all these kits theoretically should have been available in Type 4.

The 1972 release of the City of Truro has an odd Type 3 box with a round logo on the end. Most of the rolling stock kits available in the mid-1970s were the limited production range in Type 3 boxes, including the locos.
